The free Act-On audit.

A 27-point review of your real Act-On instance, scored on a weighted checklist and delivered as prioritized recommendations. No charge. The only thing we need is access to your account.

What it is

The Act-On audit is a structured, 27-point review of your instance. We evaluate every area twice: individually, for how each feature is being used, and strategically, for how those features work together as one program. Then we score the whole thing on a weighted priority checklist and hand you a written set of prioritized recommendations.

It is not a sales demo and it is not a generic checklist. It is a real read of your real account, performed by people who have spent years inside the platform.

What gets checked

Twenty-seven points across eleven areas. Each one is evaluated for feature usage and for how it fits the program as a whole.

How it is scored, and what you receive

Results are scored on a weighted priority checklist, so the recommendations are ranked by impact rather than dumped in a list. You receive a written deliverable in four parts:

What we checked

The full 27-point inventory across every area, so you can see exactly what was reviewed.

Well Done

The things you already have working. Credit where it is due, and a baseline to protect.

Recommendations

Prioritized, specific changes - scored on a weighted checklist so the highest-impact fixes rise to the top.

How it helps

Marketing automation is not a native language for most marketers. It blends programmatic, developer-style thinking into a creative skillset, and that collision - marketing instincts against IT and engineering logic - is where most instances quietly go sideways.

Our background is in marketing operations, and we have spent nearly 15 years working with Act-On across thousands of use cases. That is what lets us know what good looks like and prescribe the changes that have immediate impact, instead of guessing. For our full read on the platform, see the Act-On software review.

Why it is free

The pool of true "Act-On natives" is smaller than it is for other platforms. Act-On gives marketers the liberty to build whatever program they actually need, rather than forcing them onto rails or a single fixed worldview the way many other vendors do. That freedom is the point - and it is also why an experienced read of an instance is so valuable.

The free audit is our chance to demonstrate that value, remove the front-end risk for you, and deliver something useful before any money changes hands. We do it in the hope of earning your trust, a recommendation, and - eventually - your business.

One requirement: performing the audit means we need access to your Act-On account. We review your real instance - there is no way to do this properly from the outside.

Want the working session too?

The audit is the written read of your instance. The Act-On strategy session is the live working conversation that turns it into a plan. Many teams do both.
